I'm Jade, nature and documentary photographer based in Deloraine in the beautiful north of Tasmania, Australia.
I have a passion for photography, and a love for tea. Sometimes there's nothing better than a good book and a hot cup of tea, or a trip up the mountain with a hot thermos.
I strive for simplicity in this busy world.
I love mountains and all the things growing on them.
I'm a nature nut; I'm happiest when surrounded by trees, breathing in the forest air.
I make photos of flowers, fungi, mountains and trees. I document people getting married, giving birth, celebrating, performing and more. I love to make natural photographs that tell a story.
Please take a look at some of my recent work below.
It's autumn again here in kooparoona niara / Great Western Tiers in Northern Tasmania. Welcome to the last month of my 365 project. I wonder what the month will bring?
I love to photograph our beautiful miniature world any time I get the chance.
